Our 30-day return policy is strategically formulated to accommodate any changes or unforeseen issues related to your order. Should you find your purchase unsatisfactory, you're entitled to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item. This entitles you to a refund, exchange, or store credit, ensuring your utmost satisfaction.
In order to qualify for a return, the product must satisfy at least one of the following conditions:
(a) The product is damaged on arrival or contaminated package.
(b) The product is defective or of poor quality.
(c) Wrong product delivered.
(d) You changed your mind and wish to return the item.
Our 30-day return policy is specifically valid for products purchased directly from our website. For Epicnana items bought from other sellers, we recommend referring to their respective return policies, as they may differ from ours.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Should you wish to return a product return, kindly follow these steps:
Step 1: Please reach out to our Customer Support Team within 30 days of order receipt. Utilize the contact form on our website, providing your Full Name, Email, Order number, and a brief reason for your return request.
Step 2: Rest assured, our customer support team will reply to your inquiry within three business days. If your return request aligns with our Return Policy and Terms of Service, we'll provide a link to the returns form. Once we receive the necessary information, we'll promptly issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
Step 3: Please securely repackage the product and attach the provided RMA form in a visible place on the package. Send it to the specified Returns address as we only accept returns with the attached RMA number, directed to the designated address.
For non-defective items, kindly return the product in its original, undamaged packaging and manufacturer's condition. If the item is defective, please contact our customer support before proceeding with the return.
Step 4: Please provide us with the tracking number for the return parcel and your unique return link. Please be aware that return shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and sharing the tracking number with us to ensure a smooth process.
Step 5: Upon receipt and thorough inspection of the returned items, a refund will be initiated within a span of 14 days. Kindly be advised that any expenses incurred for the return shipping will not be subject to compensation.
After refund initiation, please allow a period of 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statements. The refunded amount will be remitted to the original payment source employed for the initial order transaction.
